Search Minerals Inc. ('Search') announced on July 16, 2014 that it will not be proceeding with its proposed share purchase agreement (the 'Agreement') dated January 22, 2014 among Search, Brasilis Kaduna Consultoria e Participac?es Ltda. and MS Marpin Consultoria e Participac?es Ltda., pursuant to which the Company had proposed to acquire the outstanding quotas of Minerac?o S?o Francisco de Assis Ltda. The Agreement was previously announced January 27, 2014.
Effective at the open, Friday, July 18, 2014, the common shares of Search will resume trading.
