TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a subscription agreement dated February 27, 2014 (the "Agreement") pursuant to which Jaxon Minerals Inc. (the "Company") will acquire 159,016 shares at a deemed price of #1.00 per share in Global Resources Investment Trust plc ("GRIT"), an investment trust registered in England and Wales and listed on the London Stock Exchange's main market, in exchange for 2,500,000 common shares of the Company at a price of CDN$0.115 per share.
