TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of an Agreement dated November 12, 2014 between Jaxon Minerals Inc. (the "Company") and Glen MacDonald (the "Vendor") whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in four ST claims (the "Property"), located on Yukon Claim Sheet 115 H 10 located in the Whitehorse Mining District of Yukon. The consideration payable to the Vendor is $1,000 cash and the issuance of 500,000 common shares of the Company.
The Vendor will retain a 2% net smelter return royalty on any proceeds of production and an annual pre-production royalty of $5,000 commencing on the anniversary date of the agreement.
