TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the Option Termination Agreement dated November 8, 2013 between the Company and Blue Gold Mining Inc. ("Blue Gold") whereby the Company will issue 500,000 shares to Blue Gold in consideration of the agreement by Blue Gold to cancel the option agreement dated June 25, 2012 which was accepted for filing by TSX Venture Exchange on August 1, 2012.
