TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the acquisition agreement dated March 2, 2016 between the Company, Nievex Geoconsultant Inc. and Craig Schneider whereby the Company has an option to acquire a 100% ownership in certain mineral claims located in the NTS map sheets 32D08, 32J13, 32K13, 32N03, collectively referred to as the Lithium Property, in consideration of $2,500 and 6,000,000 common shares.
