Further to the bulletin dated May 30, 2014, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted amendments to the third and final tranche of the Non-Brokered Private Placement announced January 24, 2014 and March 20, 2014. The amendments relate to the number of warrants issued to the placees and to the finder, all other terms are unchanged:
Number of Shares: 700,000 flow through shares
800,000 non-flow through shares
Purchase Price: $0.05 per share
Warrants: 1,150,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,150,000 shares
Warrant Exercise Price: $0.10 for a two year period
Number of Placees: 6 placees
Finders? Fees: Beaumont Capital Corp. (Robert Rowell) receives $4,500 and 90,000 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable at a price of $0.10 for two years.
