Finders: Secutor Capital Management Corp. and Marquest Capital Markets
Finders' Fees: The issuer paid a cash commission in the amount of $44,116, representing 8 % of the gross proceeds raised in the private placement and issued an aggregate of 882,320 broker warrants. Each broker warrant will entitle its holder to acquire one common share of the Issuer at a price of $0.10 per share unitl June 17, 2019
The Company has confirmed the closing of the above-mentioned Private Placement by way of a press release dated June 17, 2016.
