TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated September 17, 2014 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation Tobol Joint-Stock Company (the 'Vendor'). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will acquire the Vendor's 25% interest in Lomonosovskoye LLP, which holds an interest in the Lomonosovskoye iron ore deposit in Kazakhstan (the 'Property'). By way of consideration, the Company will make cash payments totalling US$5,031,027.
