Original Expiry Date of Warrants: April 4, 2016 as to 2,075,000 warrants and May 26, 2016 as to 3,985,000 warrants
New Expiry Date of Warrants: April 4, 2017 as to 2,075,000 warrants and May 26, 2017 as to 3,985,000 warrants
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.15
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 12,120,000 shares with 6,060,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective April 17, 2014 for the first tranche and May 23, 2014 for the second tranche.
