TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an agreement for lease of water rights dated February 14, 2017 between WK Mining (USA) Ltd. ('WK') a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Liberty Moly LLC whereby WK has leased certain water rights in Nevada in consideration of 1,454,778 common shares payable now and US$50,000 in cash or common shares payable over five years.
