The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted documentation in connection with an asset purchase agreement dated August 10, 2016 between Comstock Metals Ltd. ("Comstock") and Select Sands Corp. ("Select Sands") (the "Agreement") under which Comstock agreed to acquire the Preview SW Gold Project located in the La Ronge district of Saskatchewan and the Old Cabin Property located in Ontario from Select Sands. Under the terms of the Agreement Comstock acquired the Assets for 20 million common shares in the capital of Comstock and the assumption of certain liabilities associated with the properties.
