TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an agreement of purchase and sale (the "Agreement") dated May 12, 2015 between 2112691 Ontario Limited (the "Purchaser") and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("Subco"). Pursuant to the Agreement, and after the Company received shareholder approval at its meeting dated July 23, 2015, Subco sold its retirement center located in Aurora, Ontario.
As consideration, the Company received $5,400,000.
