Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated September 22, 2016 that was issued in connection with the private placement of 10,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit, the finder's fee payable to Haywood Securities included a cash payment of $2,400.00 in addition to the 2,400 Finder's Warrants that are exercisable into common shares at $0.15 per share for a 12 month period (subject to the accelerated exercise provision).
