TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a mineral property option agreement dated effective September 20, 2017 between the Company and Sunko Trade Sh.p.k. whereby the Company has an option to acquire a majority interest in a mineral property located in the Cerovina region of Kosovo covered by exploration license No. 2180 in consideration of ?60,000, 400,000 common shares and ?500,000 within three years.
