TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") between the Company and New Gold Inc. ("New Gold"), an arms length company, whereby the Company sell its interest in the Key Property in British Columbia (the "Property"). In consideration, New Gold will pay an aggregate of $2,000,000 in cash to the Company. The Company will also be granted a 2% net smelter returns royalty on the Key Property, of which 1% can be purchased by New Gold for $2,000,000 cash.
