Further to the bulletin dated October 27, 2010, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an ancillary agreement dated April 22, 2015 between Source Exploration Corp. (the 'Company'), Roca Verde Exploracion de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, 'Roca Verde') and Ramon Farias Garcia. The ancillary agreement extends the duration of an option agreement covering 2 mining concessions located in the Las Minas Property, Veracruz State, Mexico, for an additional two years. In consideration, the Company will make cash payments of US$12,500 in each of the two years and issue US$12,500 of shares in each year, calculated on the closing price of the Company's shares on the last trading day prior to the issuance.
