TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated January 21, 2018 (the 'Agreement'), between Cache Exploration Inc. ('Cache') and Horizon Cobalt Corporation ('Horizon'). Pursuant to the Agreement, Horizon has agreed to sell to Cache its 100% interest in the Deep Lake Project located in New Brunswick in consideration of the issuance of 800,000 common shares of Cache to Horizon.
