TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a share purchase agreement to be dated August 5, 2016 between the Company, Cedar Business Investment Ltd. (a subsidiary of the Company) and Condor Precious Metals Inc., Cowpen Management Inc., Malew Overseas S.A. and Lost City S.A.S. whereby the Company will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Malew Overseas S.A. in consideration of $250,000, 8,095,238 common shares and a 2% NSR royalty.
