TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an Exploration Rights and Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 15, 2016 between an arm's length party (the "Vendor") and Cap-Ex Iron Ore Ltd. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall acquire a 100% interest in three claims adjoining the southeastern part of the Company's Aspen Property in Nechako Plateau, British Columbia.
In consideration the Company shall pay an aggregate of $25,000 plus issue 250,000 shares to the Vendor.
In addition, the Vendor shall have a 2% NSR on the property and the Company is entitled to repurchase 1% of the NSR for the purchase price of $500,000.
