TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated June 11, 2014 between Metallis Resources Inc. (the 'Company') and John Bot (the 'Vendor') whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in two mineral claims (Achilles and King Creek, 53.59 hectares) located within the Company's Kirkham Property, 65 kilometers north of Stewart, BC. Consideration is $2,000 cash and 25,000 common shares.
