TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to Assignments of Oil and Gas Lease Agreement (the "Agreements") between the Company, Tim Hoops, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and David Hettich, its Chief Financial Officer, whereby the Company will dispose of a historical working interest in an oil and gas lease ("Lease") located in Campbell County, Wyoming USA. By assigning
out this non-core project to Messers. Hoops and Hettich, the Company will retain a net 2.5% royalty interest after payout in the Lease.
