TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a purchase agreement dated April 7, 2014 between Tasman Metals Ltd. (the 'Company') and Anders Roman, pursuant to which the Company may acquire surface access rights to the land on which the Company's Norr Karr project is located in Sweden. In consideration, the Company will issue 36,000 shares.
