TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 212,960 shares at a deemed price of $0.05, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement with Roman Friedrich and Co. LLC. The shares are issued in respect of services provided in June and July 2015.
The Company issued a news release on August 28, 2015 regarding the share issuance.
