Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, the common shares of Pan African Oil Ltd. (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd. ("Eco Atlantic") purchasing all of the Company's shares pursuant to an amalgamation agreement dated December 19, 2014. Subject to adjustment, shareholders will receive up to 0.326 shares of Eco Atlantic for every common share of the Company held.
