TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to mineral claim purchase agreements dated January 13, 2016 and January 15, 2016 between the Company and Ken Baigent and Nickolas Walker whereby the Company has acquired two mineral claims which are 235 acres in size and adjacent to the Company's Yellowknife City Gold Project in Northwest Territories in consideration of 30,000 common shares.
