TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a Purchase Agreement between Silver One Resources Inc. (the 'Company') and Claremont Nevada Mines LLC (E.L. Hunsaker III), pursuant to which the Company will acquire 10 mineral claims located in the vicinity of the Candelaria Project, Nevada, USA. In consideration, the Company will pay US$10,000 and issue 38,235 shares.
