TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation a Purchase Agreement dated March 1, 2016 between Case Lewis, Lunerouge Ventures (Shainul Ramji) and the Company whereby the Company has acquired a 100% interest in the Whitney Northwest Property located in the Murphy and Whitney Township area of Ontario. Consideration is $25,000 and 1,500,000 common shares payable as 500,000 common shares to Case Lewis and 1,000,000 common shares to Lunerouge.
