TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that closing occurred on May 9, 2016, for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,600,000.
Underwriters: Haywood Securities Inc., Cormark Securities Inc. and PI Financial Corp.
Offering: 4,600,000 shares (including 600,000 shares exercised pursuant to the Underwriter's over-allotment option, which has been fully exercised.
Share Price: $1.00 per share
Underwriter's Fee: $322,000, and 332,000 compensation options (each exercisable into one common share at a price of $1.00 for a period of 24 months)
