TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated September 10, 2014 between Sarama Resources Ltd. (the "JV Partner"), a TSXV listed company (TSXV: SWA), and Savary Gold Corp. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company and the JV Partner shall enter into a joint venture arrangement in which the Company shall contribute its South Hounde property and the JV Partner will contribute its Serakoro 1 project located in Burkina Faso, Africa.
Under the arrangement, the Company shall own a 65% interest and the JV Partner shall own a 35% interest in the resulting joint venture company.
