TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a mineral property exchange agreement dated July 14, 2015 (the "Agreement") between Strategic Metals Ltd. ("Strategic") and Rockhaven Resources Ltd. ("Rockhaven"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Strategic has acquired the Plata, Mount Hinton/Gram, Groundhog/Grayling/Cyr, Zap and Kluane/Ellias properties, all of which are located in the Yukon, from Rockhaven. In exchange, Rockhaven has acquired the BBB, Sked/Desk, Dade, Queen and Nor properties, all of which are located in the Yukon, from Strategic.
In addition, Strategic will make a $250,000 cash payment to Rockhaven.
Insider / Pro Group Participation: Strategic is a Control Person of Rockhaven. Bruce Youngman and Glenn Yeadon are directors of both Strategic and Rockhaven.
