Finder's Fee: Elemental Capital Partners LLP - $84,504.00 and 264,075 Finder's Warrants exercisable at $0.32 per share for a three year term.
Leede Jones Gable Inc. - $48.00 and 1,400 Finder's Warrants exercisable at $0.32 per share for a three year term.
Thomas Wharton - $12,911.64 and 40,348 Finder's Warrants exercisable at $0.32 per share for a three year term.
Gravitas Securities Inc. - $3,360.00 and 10,500 Finder's Warrants exercisable at $0.32 per share for a three year term.
