TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated September 26, 2017 between the Company and Makena Resources Inc. whereby the Company has acquired a beneficial 50% interest in and to mining claims known as the Clone Gold property in northwest British Columbia in consideration of $300,000 and 3,000,000 common shares.
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated September 27, 2017 between the Company and Teuton Resources Corp. and Silver Grail Resources Ltd. whereby the Company has an option to acquire a 50% interest in and to mining claims known as the Clone Gold property in northwest British Columbia in consideration of $200,000 and 5,000,000 common shares.
