TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing property acquisition agreements (the "Agreements") dated November 27, 2017 between the Company, and each of the shareholders of 1126302 B.C. Ltd ("1126302"), 0972697 B.C. Ltd ("0972697") and Manuforty Holding Company Limited ("Manuforty") (collectively, the "Vendors"). Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company has acquired a 100% interest in 7 exploration licenses in Uganda (the "Property").
In order to acquire the Property, the Company has paid $1,100,000 cash, and issued 19,700,000 common shares in the Company to the shareholders of 1126302.
