The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted documentation in connection with an agreement between Calyx Bio-Ventures Inc. ("Calyx") Agrisoma Biosciences Inc. ("Agrisoma") under which Calyx will sell 2,736,887 of Agrisoma that it holds to Agrisoma at a price of $0.1097 per Agrisoma share for gross proceeds of $300,236.50.
