Amended Maturity Date: March 31, 2015 unless the lender elects to further extend the maturity date in one month increments thereafter through and until June 30, 2015.
Interest Rate: 8% per annum
The convertible debentures were issued pursuant to agreements that were previously accepted for filing by the Exchange.
