Effective at the close of business Friday, March 23, 2018, the common shares of Bacanora Minerals Ltd. ("Bacanora Canada") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from a newly incorporated UK company ("Bacanora UK") acquiring 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated February 16, 2018. Bacanora Canada shareholders will receive one share of Bacanora UK for every share held.
