TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to an exploration agreement between the Company and Takla First Nation ("Takla"), whereby the Company will commence its survey of the Stardust project located within the traditional lands of Takla in north-central British Columbia. In consideration, the Company issued 500,000 common share units of the Company ("Units") to Takla. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). The Warrants are exercisable at $0.35 for a period of 18 months from issuance.
