Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of Citation Resources Inc. ("Citation"), on June 30, 2014, and pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated July 3, 2014, Inlet Resources Ltd. ("Inlet"), and Citation have agreed to a plan of arrangement under Part 9, Division 5 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The Plan of Arrangement will be completed prior to market open on July 8, 2014, and will result in Inlet acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of Citation. Under the plan of arrangement, shareholders of Citation will receive 0.50 of an Inlet common share.

37,251,961 shares are issued and outstanding
