Pursuant to a Property Option Agreement dated December 31, 2014 between Lucky Minerals (Montana) Inc. (the Company) and Keough, Brown & Keough LLC, Emigrant-Manna LLC, David Amsk Revocable Trust, Michael Amsk, Richard Amsk, and Scott Brown (collectively the Vendors) the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Option Payment extension agreement whereby the Company has agreed to issue 50,030 shares to the Vendors to extend the time to pay an option payment due November 2016 to April 2017.
