TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Option Agreement dated effective July 1, 2017 between the Company and Andrew Molnar/dba Gold Note Minerals Ltd. (the "Optionor") whereby the Company has been granted an option to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Galway Prospecting Licences located in the County of Galway, Republic of Ireland. Consideration is $265,000, 1,400,000 common shares and $500,000 in exploration expenditures by the end of year one. The Optionor will be granted a 2% NSR, which the Company will have a buyback right with respect to 1.5% for $1,500,000 subject to further Exchange review and acceptance.
