TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Property Option Agreement dated July 7, 2016 between MX Gold Corp. (the Company) and Pop Holdings Ltd. (Christopher Smith) whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in the Silver Jen and Willa 5 claims (62.45 hectares) located 12 kilometers south of Silverton, BC. Consideration is $50,000 cash and 4,500,000 common shares. The property is subject to a 1% NSR to the underlying vendor and a 1.5% NSR payable to the Vendor.
