TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 42,900 shares at a deemed price of $0.15 and 42,274 shares at a deemed price of $0.155 in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to a Consulting Services Agreement dated October 20, 2016.
The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
