BULLETIN TYPE: Qualifying Transaction-Completed/New Symbol, Name Change, Consolidation, Graduation

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Qualifying Transaction ("QT") described in its Prospectus dated July 11, 2011. As a result, at the opening on July 19, 2011, the Company will no longer be considered a Capital Pool Company. As a result of the QT, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Trimel BioPharma Holdings Inc. ("Holdings") such that Holdings become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

On July 11, 2011 (i) the common shares of J5 Acquisition Inc. ("J5") were consolidated on the basis of one-post consolidated common share for every 26.666 common shares issued and outstanding immediately before the consolidation (the "Consolidation") and (ii) J5 changed its name to "Trimel Pharmaceuticals Corporation", as described in the Management Information Circular dated March 16, 2011 and passed by shareholders on April 15, 2011. After the Consolidation and immediately prior to the completion of the Qualifying Transaction J5 issued to its shareholders a stock dividend of 0.818 additional J5 common shares for each J5 common share outstanding at such time (the "Dividend").

Graduation:

TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that the Company's shares will be listed and commence trading on Toronto Stock Exchange at the opening Tuesday, July 19, 2011, under the name "Trimel Pharmaceuticals Corporation" with the symbol "TRL".

As a result of this Graduation, there will be no further trading under the symbol "JV.P" on TSX Venture Exchange after July 18, 2011, and its shares will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the commencement of trading on Toronto Stock Exchange.
