TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an Option Agreement between Sierra Iron Ore Corporation (the 'Company') and Emerald Lake Development Corporation (Jerry Beaulac) dated May 26, 2015, and amended on July 16, 2015 and September 3, 2015, pursuant to which the Company has an option to earn up to 92% of all mineral rights on one claim located approximately 6 miles north of Emo, Ontario. In consideration, the Company will pay $250,000 upon Exchange approval, and a further $250,000 on or before the first anniversary. The Company will also be required to expend $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures within 24 months.
