TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a limited partnership agreement (the "Agreement) dated October 29, 2015 between the Company, and two non-arm's length parties, whereby the three parties shall form a Limited Partnership, HydroClean.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will transfer its rights to certain water treatment methods to HydroClean in exchange for a 45% limited partnership interest in HydroClean.
