TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to an offer to purchase dated June 27, 2016 (the "Agreement") between the Company and an arms length private company located in Calgary, Alberta (the "Purchaser") whereby the Issuer will dispose of all of the its oil and gas assets located in the Gift Lake area of Alberta to the Purchaser. In consideration, the Purchaser will make a cash payment of $325,000.
