TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a property acquisition agreement dated June 8, 2017 between the Company and Michael Tremblay whereby the Company will acquire a 100% interest in the Dog Lake Gold Property located approximately 59 km northeast of Wawa, Ontario in consideration of $10,000 and 1,500,000 common shares.
