TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Qualifying Transaction described in its Filing Statement dated April 27, 2012. TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter agreement dated January 24, 2012 between Hunter Exploration Group (Lawrence Berry and John Robins) and the Company. The Company has acquired the option to earn a 60% interest on the Noomut Property, located in Nunavut. To earn its interest, the Company must pay $125,000 cash, issue 200,000 shares and spend $2,000,000 on exploration over four years as follows:
