TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue a total of 357,150 bonus warrants in consideration of secured debentures totaling $500,000. The term of the debenture is twelve months. Interest is at a rate of 10% per annum. Each Bonus Warrant is exercisable into common shares at US$0.28 per share for a one year period.
