TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing six Purchase Option and Sale Agreements dated April 4, 2018 between Gold Road Mining Corp. (an 88% owned subsidiary of Para Resources, the Company) and United Eastern, L.C., Blue Ridge Capital L.C., Black Eagle Investments, Inc., Oatman American, LLC, Oatman Crown City, LLC, Oatman Red Creek Group, LLC, Oatman Ella Mitchell Group, LLC, Oatman Neglected Group, LLC, (all controlled by Stephen C. Anderson, the Vendor) whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in 85 patented claims adjacent to their Oatman project located in Mohave County, Arizona. Consideration is $5,834,935 and 2,500,000 share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.20 until April 4, 2023.
